I heard that you were in charge of campus development, and therefore, technological issues. If you aren't, feel free to tell me who is or pass this email along to whomever. In any case, I recently was made aware of a wireless router in the lounge of Park North. I wasn't aware of it before because it doesn't (fucking) work. The ethernet jacks in the walls work, but the router doesn't. I'm not even sure if it's supposed to provide us with wireless, but it would be pretty stupid if that weren't the point of it. I tried unplugging and replugging it in, but it did nothing. Please help us, PPJ III.

Good Morning Leah,
Thank you for your email regarding wireless in Park North. It is my understanding that only the lounge is to have wireless capabilities, not the entire building. I will open a Help Desk Ticket and ask that Computer Services look into whether or not it is actually working.
For future reference, it would be good to leave the plugging and unplugging to Computer Services or someone who knows what the device is for, in order to avoid accidentally tampering with something that should otherwise be left alone.
Lastly, while I am involved in campus development, I don’t have Phillip as my middle name, nor am I the III in my family – so if you intended for this email to go to someone else I’m not sure that it got there. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Thanks.
